About
My research examines the evolution of governance arrangements and the development of decision-making structures as they relate to environmental policy outcomes. Current work focuses on the emergence of collaborative environmental policy, the impact of property right institutions on policy outcomes, landowner attitudes on policy implementation and science & technology policy. Specializations include policy analysis, program evaluation, institutional analysis and policy design.
